Such a plane, such a sky, such a sight
It weighs on me that I cannot see it right
This fog encroaching keeps on clouding my view
Still my soul patiently awaits the morning dew.
For a moment I see the horizon and all that it encompasses
A short instance lasting for a lifetime, for this I breathe.
No matter all the world’s distractions my body still muscles,
Though my mind overpowers me, and with passion I seethe.
Hence I pray each time I recall my vision
To ensure I create and manifest my religion
For us dreamers there is no other way to be
Too indomitable a nature for it not to be free.
You and I, we’re going to clear the endless grey haze,
Forever we’ll keep our guard up, and never sleep.
Step by step, breath by breath – to eternal sunny days.
Until we’ll finally burn…but do not dare weep!
For the light of our fire will forever lift the veil
With our remains as fuel, and our glimmer as trail.
